I just realized that it has been over a month since I last posted here. Of the past 30 days, I was out of state for 16 of them! Although about a week was spent in Hawaii, since we packed up my husband's apartment, I was without a kitchen for most of the time there. While back in Chicago, for the most part I have been eating out of my freezer, which now has tons of space to start filling up again! In fact, the only cooking I've done recently consisted of recipes that I pretty much know from scratch, including oatmeal raisin cookies and oven baked chicken.
I'm not sure when I'm going to get back into trying new recipes and posting them. I have a stack of three new cooking mags, which I will go through tonight. Hopefully I will find something new to share by this weekend.
In the meantime, I've been crafting up a storm (which has left less time for cooking). Check out the cards I've made at my crafts blog here. Most of the new projects have cards, but I've also completed a number of scrapbook pages, so will hopefully post those soon. Since I schedule my posts in advance to display one new thing per day, as of now, a new card will appear each day through May 20. Please keep checking.
